‘Being Digital’ is an online platform operated by the Ministry of Science and ICT, serving as a
Digital Public Sphere where citizens can freely discuss and debate various social issues
in the digital age.
This platform serves as an open space where government, experts, and citizens can
collectively consider and seek solutions for key issues in the digital era, fostering
collaborative dialogue and engagement in shaping digital policies and addressing societal
challenges.
In this regard, The South Korean government plans to establish digital norms for ensuring AI
safety based on the "Digital Bill of Rights," which serves as the basic direction for the
"New Digital Order." This will be carried out alongside international discussions.
